Disney World is my happy place, and I want to give back to the surrounding communities. I donate $1* per item sold to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. That supplies four meals to children, families, and seniors in need! I have thoroughly vetted this organization to ensure that all donations will be used efficiently and effectively. * Why $1? I have spent my career in nonprofit fundraising, and as such know that it is best practice to choose a dollar amount to donate per product sold as opposed to a percentage of profits. When a company donates a percentage of profits, customers do not know what their purchase actually amounts to in dollars donated. In the interest of transparency, I chose to donate $1 per item sold. This amounts to roughly 10% of my profits, although profits are constantly changing due to the cost of materials and amount of product sold.
