  • How do I determine which size to order?
    Please note that all sales are final, and exchanges for a different size or product cannot be accommodated. Pretty Magical Apparel shirts are printed on Bella Canvas 3001 unisex tees. To ensure you are ordering the correct size, please refer to the size guide image with the product photo(s). Measurements are from seam to seam, and may vary slightly. Pretty Magical Apparel tees are pre-shrunk; however, they may shrink up to an additional 5% (as opposed to the standard 10%) when washed. This can be mitigated by hanging your shirts to dry rather than using a dryer. If you are between sizes, please size up.   • Do you offer children's sizes?
    Not yet, but hopefully soon! Is there a particular design you wish was available in children's sizes? Please let me know at hello@PrettyMagicalApparel.com.
  • Will my tee shrink in the wash?
    Pretty Magical Apparel tees are pre-shrunk; however, they may shrink up to an additional 5% (as opposed to the standard 10%) when washed. This can be mitigated by hanging your shirts to dry rather than using a dryer. If you are between sizes, please size up.
  • How do I care for my new apparel?
    Wash your tees in cold water with like colors. For best results, wash inside out and hang to dry.
  • Who creates the designs?
    All of the designs are thought up, hand lettered, colored, and digitally rendered by me.* I am Pretty Magical Apparel's first customer, so every design starts as an idea of something that I'd like to be able to wear in real life.   • Do you offer custom designs?
    Unfortunately, I do not offer custom designs at this time.
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email me at orders@prettymagicalapparel.com within 3 business days of receipt. I will ask for photos to verify the damage or incorrect item. Once the damage or incorrect item has been verified, I will then provide the customer with a shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item. All items must be returned unwashed and unworn. Any exchanges are at my sole discretion, and a final determination will not be made until I receive the damaged or incorrect item. If the exchange is rejected once I review the item in person, the item will only be returned if the customer pays for return shipping. The customer has 5 business days after being notified of a cancelled exchange to pay the shipping fee to have the item returned to them. After the 5 business days, any and all claims to the item are forfeited. If a customer qualifies for an exchange, every effort will be made to send a replacement as quickly as possible. However, if an item is backordered I will not be able to send it within the usual 2 business day turnaround time. Please note that exchanges will only be accommodated for damaged or incorrectly sent products. Exchanges will not be granted to customers who order the incorrect size, and refunds will not be provided to customers who input the incorrect shipping address and the shipment is not returned to sender. Additionally, exchanges will not be granted for minor imperfections caused by the screen printing process. Please be aware that, while the colors of the shirts are depicted as accurately as possible, they may vary from monitor to monitor.
  • When will my order arrive?
    I aim to ship in-stock products within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for orders placed before 5pm Central Standard Time. However, there may be unforeseeable delays in shipping due to complications such as weather, illness, etc. Please note that the aforementioned processing time is in addition to shipping times. Delivery is currently only available within the United States—I hope to ship internationally soon! All packages ship via USPS First Class Mail (including those using the free shipping promotion for domestic orders totaling $50 and over). This takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Packages ship from Overland Park, Kansas (zip code 66209). Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. Packages that are returned to Pretty Magical Apparel due to an incorrectly entered address may be shipped again at the customer's expense. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to customer error will not be refunded. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to get your package faster. The upgraded shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please note that once your package has been shipped I have no control over how quickly it will arrive and will not be held responsible for any delays or missing packages. You will receive an email with a tracking number once I have mailed your package. If your package does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier accordingly. If your tracking number states that the order has been delivered but it has not shown up, please contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your order after 5 business days of the projected delivery date, please contact orders@PrettyMagicalApparel.com.
  • When will my backordered item(s) ship?
    Backordered items are estimated to ship by the date provided on the product page and in your cart. However, due to worldwide delays, the estimate provided is merely an estimate. It is possible the backordered items in your order may be shipped later than predicted. I will update you via email if your order will not ship by the expected date.
  • What happens if I order in-stock and backordered items together?
    If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items they will ship separately. I aim to ship in-stock items within 2 business days (excluding holidays). I will ship the backordered items as soon as they arrive. You can find the estimated shipping date on the product page and on your order summary. However, please note that these are just estimates and delays out of my control may occur.
  • Can my order be shipped directly to my hotel?
    If you are staying on property at a Disney hotel, you may ship packages directly to your hotel. Check out their FAQs for the most up-to-date information: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/mail-services/
  • Whom do I contact if my order never arrived?
    I'm so sorry to hear that your order was not delivered. If your tracking number states that the order has been delivered but it has not shown up, please contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your order after 5 business days of the projected delivery date, please contact orders@PrettyMagicalApparel.com.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time, but hopefully soon!
  • Tell me more about the money donated to charity.
    Disney World is my happy place, and I want to give back to the surrounding communities. I donate $1* per item sold to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. That supplies four meals to children, families, and seniors in need! I have thoroughly vetted this organization to ensure that all donations will be used efficiently and effectively. To learn more about this amazing organization, please visit FeedHopeNow.org. Donations from the sales of each month are made by the 1st day of the following month. * Why $1? I have spent my career in nonprofit fundraising, and it is best practice to choose a dollar amount to donate per product sold as opposed to a percentage of profits. When a company donates a percentage of profits, customers do not know what their purchase actually amounts to in dollars donated. In the interest of transparency, I chose to donate $1 per item sold. This amounts to roughly 10% of my profits, although profits are constantly changing due to the cost of materials and amount of product sold.
  • How do I recycle the packaging?
    Pretty Magical Apparel is committed to eco-friendly and ethical practices. Almost all of the packaging components are made in the USA from recycled materials.
